“Where do I even start?! This catering company is beyond amazing. I had a limited budget and a large wedding party, as we all do. Lucrecia and Paul were extremely helpful in identifying things that were vital for the event and things that I could cut to ensure that I stayed within my budget. They went with me multiple times to the venue to determine the best setup to make the best use of the space, responded to thousands of my emails and text messages, and basically made my wedding the best day of my life.

Both Lucrecia and Paul have impeccable taste and I would trust them blindly with any set-up/ decor decisions. I basically let them set everything up for me to their taste and it was absolutely perfect.

THE FOOD!!!! Okay, so some catering companies have beautiful setups, etc. But when it comes down to it, your guests will notice the taste of the food, and they will say something about it. EVERYONE at our wedding literally was asking me where the food was from, one girl said she just had the best tomato of her life - yes, at our outdoor wedding. Paul knows what he is doing in the kitchen and that is beyond evident.

I would book essence for every major or large-scale event, over and over again.

“What a wonderful experience with Essence! We met with many catering companies before meeting Essence and we were definitely surprised with the professionalism and attentiveness we received from Paul. There were lots of good options to choose from for catering but Paul worked closely with us to allow us to provide the main entree´ from our family's restaurant. We did our sample tasting at the comfort of our house and Paul and his team brought all their supplies and equipment to ensure that there was no mess or use of the kitchen. It was great! We had both sets of parents join us and it turned out to be a wonderful family moment. Paul was excellent and described each appetizer as he presented them and explained how he would serve them during cocktail hour. We were very impressed with his presentation of all our appetizers and entree. Our guests truly enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend Essence, be sure to speak with Paul. “Great and Reliable Service

Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without a problem.
With my wife, we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers for the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly.
The bar service was also very good.

I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. I think that for all this we got a great deal!!
