Following his instincts, in 1982, he moved to New York to become a student of one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world, The Culinary Institute of America.
After over 30 years of working on a broad range of businesses from high-end restaurants and catering business, to hotels and supermarkets, he decided it was time to set a start to his own business.
